Holly offers an integrative approach for growth and healing. She holds an MA degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London, specialising in Integrative psychotherapeutic modalities, including Jungian imagery and dreamwork, Person Centred, Relational, MIndfulness based and Trauma informed modalities. She studied Biodynamic bodywork at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre, and her practise focuses on holistic mind-body techniques to help her clients improve their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Holly is also available to work remotely with clients around the world via telephone and VOI technologies such as Skype and Zoom.

With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to reaching.
Older people, men and women in mid-life, mothers, and anyone facing a shift from one chapter of life to the next, are among those for whom she feels a special affinity.
Holly also works with groups of people interested in exploring dreams and the imagination, the body and movement, the creative arts, and the powerful and mysterious space where all these worlds come together.
